If you have time, visit Taghazout 20 minutes from Agadir. A small authentic village, in the middle of the mountains, where blue houses and small restaurants overlooking the beach with typical meals. The superb beach in the heart of Taghazout offers a beautiful panorama, a great natural diversity and famous surf spots.
Agadir is a city full of contrasts.
On one side there are still ruins and boats of poor fishermen at the harbour, on the other side there are skyscrapers and touristic bed castles.
Agadir also has an important fishing port.
Besides the Moroccan fishing fleet, ships of other nations have their base here. Right next door, small fish restaurateurs supply the dock workers. But the innkeepers have especially adjusted to the financially strong clientele of the tourists.
There is also a large commercial port in Agadir.
From here, tomatoes, flowers, oranges, mandarins, sardines and other types of fish are shipped all over the world, but mostly to Europe.
A visit to the city’s landmark, the Kasbah « old Talborjit” is definitely worthwhile.
The climb up the mountain is rewarded with a magnificent panoramic view over the whole of Agadir with its kilometre-long beach and gigantic harbour facilities.
You should also plan a day to visit the Souss-Massa Natural Park, which has a unique flora and fauna.
Relaxed club holiday in Agadir
From 22.10. to 05.11. the event “Best Age Yoga” will take place at the Robinson Club Agadir. A wonderful opportunity to use the Morocco vacation all enjoyable start into a new sporting life.
The workshops are suitable for beginners and experienced Yoga practitioners. They will help everyone to achieve a better balance, beauty and well-being. The exercises improve coordination, stability, balance, flexibility and strength. Each course is completed with different relaxation techniques. In Best Age Yoga the individual practitioner and his or her personal requirements are at the centre of the exercises. The exercises are easy to follow and every participant can benefit from them if he/she exercises regularly. During the event, courses of the Body Spirit programme are also offered. This is a combination of yoga, Pilates, spinal gymnastics and pelvic floor training, always combined with a relaxation session.
The event’s expert, Angelika Pauw, is a fully qualified trainer with 30 years of professional experience in several areas.

Of course, a holiday here is not only worthwhile because of the yoga events on offer. Also the remaining time of the holidays can be spent relaxing or doing sports, but in any case with a lot of pleasure.
The club complex is located directly on the sandy beach near the Royal Palace. Despite the oriental design, everything is modern and from the Moorish café you have a fantastic view. The all inclusive catering includes breakfast, a late riser breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets and a midnight snack. The wellness area offers a variety of relaxation possibilities beyond the event.
